Is the first user really free?

Yes. One web user is free forever. You only pay when you add more web users or enable mobile app access.

How does pricing work?

AMCFlow follows simple usage-based pricing: one web user is free, additional web users are billed per user, and mobile app users (technicians) are billed separately.

Do I need the mobile app?

Only if you have field technicians. Office teams can manage everything using the web app.

Can I add or remove users anytime?

Yes. You can add or remove users anytime, and billing adjusts automatically.

Is annual payment mandatory?

No. Monthly billing is available. Annual plans or discounts may be introduced later.

Who owns my data?
