3. Permitted Use of Services
While using AMCFlow, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful, legitimate business operations.
- Upload only data that you own or have the right to manage.
- Not attempt to hack, bypass security, scrape data, or disrupt system functionality.
- Not misuse AMCFlow for fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
- AMCFlow may offer free, trial, and paid subscription plans.
- All paid plans require timely payment of applicable fees.
- Payments made are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Subscription pricing, features, or plan limits may be updated with prior notice.
5. Data Ownership & Usage Rights
- You retain full ownership of the data you upload, including customers, AMCs, invoices, and records.
- By using AMCFlow, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for delivering and improving the service.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your business or customer data with advertisers.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However:
- No online system is completely immune to breaches or vulnerabilities.
- You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and safe access practices.
- AMCFlow is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized access beyond our control.
7. Service Availability
- We strive for reliable and uninterrupted service performance.
- Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
- We are not liable for any business losses, delays, or disruptions caused by system unavailability.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to AMCFlow’s software, design, branding, features, and documentation remain exclusively our property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- AMCFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- This includes loss of revenue, data loss, downtime, business interruption, or reputational damage.
- If liability is ever established, our total responsibility shall not exceed the amount you paid for AMCFlow in the last 6 months (if any).
10. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect new features, policies, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of AMCFlow following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra, India.
