Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you may cancel anytime without payment. After the trial ends, billing will begin for the selected plan.

Paid Subscriptions

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as specified below.

Refunds

• Refunds are not generally provided for partial use of a subscription period.
• If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a technical issue or billing error, contact support@amcflow.com within 14 days of the charge.
• Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different refund or cancellation terms as specified in their agreement.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise arranged.

Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and associated data, contact support@amcflow.com. We may require identity verification before processing deletion requests.
